Dr Pascal Gaggero

Pascal Gaggero was born in Biel\Bienne, Switzerland, in 1983. In 2008, he received the M.Sc. degree from the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, with a thesis realized at the University of Calgary, Canada, on oscillators used for GNSS positioning.

In 2011, he received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Neuchâtel realized at the Centre Suisse d’Electronique et de Microtechnique (CSEM) in Landquart, Switzerland.For his thesis entitled “Miniaturization and Distinguishability Limits of Electrical Impedance Tomography for Biomedical Application”, Dr Gaggero won the ITG-Innovation price in 2012. From 2011 to 2014, he was a scientific collaborator at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) in Biel\Bienne, Switzerland. Since 2013 he has been a lecturer at the BFH. From 2014 to 2020, he worked as Head of Innovation for Balluff in Switzerland. In 2021, Dr Gaggero joined RUAG to the lead their Innovation accelerator program.
